Brilliant Idea #139 is to have an internet radio station that plays the ‘peak hour’ breakfast radio show from around the World.
So, here I am in the UK on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and between 7.30 and 8.30am I can choose the highest rated breakfast shows broadcasting on the internet in my time-zone. I could choose between all of Central Europe and a huge part of Africa including South Africa.
Between 8.30 and 9.30 GMT I get to choose the highest rated show wherever in the World it is 7.30 to 8.30 – presumably Portugal or one of the West African countries like Mali. How cool would that be to hear the highest rated breakfast show in West Africa whilst I answering the morning emails?
Then between 9.30 and 10.30 GMT I get to hear the highest rated breakfast show wherever in World it is between 7.30 and 8.30, so presumably Iceland or the Azzures which are some islands in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
In the next hour, so between 10.30 and 11.30GMT I’ll be greeted “good morning” in Brazilian Portugese from the highest rated breakfast show in Brazil, then between 11.30 and 12.30 GMT I can choose between breakfast shows throughout the Americas.
Fast forward to early evening and I can be listening to the “Good morning Tonga” radio show, how fantastic would that be?
