Far from being a format of the history books, there has been a real revival in sales of vinyl records in the past years.
While demand is restoring, the same problems that killed the format still exist – the cost of manufacture and distribution.
Brilliant Idea #86 is to build and distribute a machine that makes vinyl records from scratch (excuse the pun).
It will combine the convenience of digital with the quality and experience of analogue vinyl.
