The text which is hard to read at the bottom of the ad (sorry, took the photo on a crowded platform on the London tube) but it basically says that this milk only has natural A2 protein from selected cows which won’t upset our (or our kid’s tummies).

Now, I have no idea whether this is an innovation or a clever marketing ‘trick’ BUT either way, it does go to show that if you can re-invent the customer experience of milk, you can probably re-invent and innovate the customer experience around your product!
