If you’ve been following this short journey through my website, we went from how to have ideas, to how to turn those ideas into innovations, but making innovation stick is even more important than the innovation. How do we do this? How to you make ideas and innovation stick in your organisation?
There are as many answers to this question as there are definitions for the word innovation, but let me try and help.
Whatever industry they are in, the common trait that innovative organisations share is a culture, led from the top that values and welcomes experimentation, the risks involved and to a certain extent the failure that is required to innovate.
